Peartree Serviced Apartments

The position, the apartment in general and in particular we were greeted by a lady called Kate (I hope it’s the correct spelling) who was so gentle and caring, that made us feel immediately very welcome. She explained to us what to do and checked on how we felt the whole time of our stay. She immediately welcomed our dog Willow and brought a bed, toys and treats. Real credit to the company. We didn’t take any pictures but it’s even better than what you would expect from the advert on booking.com. Beautiful experience and very clean. Thank you

The studio apartment we stayed in was very cozy and equipped with every comfort. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped (even with a dishwasher). Upon arrival, they provided us with everything we needed for breakfast the next day. The staff was truly friendly and always available to answer any questions we had. The shared laundry room was also very convenient, providing extra towels, toilet paper, and kitchen paper. The location is truly convenient, with downtown Salisbury just a few minutes' walk away.

Our recent stay at Peartree Serviced Apartments was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and impressed by the spotless condition of the property. The self check-in system was convenient and user-friendly, making our arrival hassle-free. Whenever the reception was open, the staff were always friendly and helpful, adding to the pleasant experience. The vending machine next to reception offered plenty of choices, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the pleasant aroma throughout the property added to the welcoming atmosphere. Our apartment, number 4 on the ground floor, was perfect for our family of three. It was spacious, clean, modern and homely. We were pleased to find everything we could possibly need, including a welcome breakfast, toiletries, fresh towels and a fully equipped self-catering kitchen area. The smart TV with access to Netflix and other streaming services was a great addition and our little girl was thrilled with her own comfortable sofa bed. The apartment was wonderfully peaceful. We hardly heard any noise from other guests or traffic outside, despite being conveniently located next to the train station. The town centre and cathedral were just a beautiful 10-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the local attractions. During our stay, we also visited Poole, Old Sarum and Stonehenge, all of which were a short drive away. The location of Peartree Serviced Apartments made it an excellent base for exploring these historical sites. In conclusion, we can't recommend Peartree Serviced Apartments enough. Our stay was comfortable, enjoyable and exceeded our expectations in every way. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Myself and my group of friends I was with could not complain about a single thing about Peartree Serviced Apartments. Ideal location in this beautiful city. From the initial contact when I booked the rooms, the correspondence has been prompt and friendly. High standards of accommodation and everything you need (and more). We were pleasantly surprised to find milk, bottled water, breakfast supplies, fruit etc ready and waiting for us upon arrival. Literally, cannot fault anything about our stay - apart from the weather - Storm Bert decided to join us!

Our stay at this accommodation was exceptional. The apartment was pleasant, impeccably clean, breakfast was waiting for us in the kitchen, although it was not included in the reservation...the self-check-in process was easy and efficient. The location of the accommodation is excellent, as it is located in the immediate vicinity of the city center, which is only a 10-minute walk through a beautiful park. In addition, there is free parking that is easily accessible. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay close to the city's center.
